How did you end up training with Lori?
I simply looked up personal trainers on Google and thumbtack led me to her! I don't know how I got so lucky. Sometimes you can never tell how someone will be if you meet them on the Internet, but it has been a wonderful experience!
I like all food, but right now chicken nachos are my favorite.
Talking to me about all kinds of important things before I have had food or coffee in the morning.
It changes weekly, but right now running and pull ups are my favorite. Pull ups are a challenge that are showing me that I'm getting stronger but I still need to work toward my goals.
Least favorite exercises:
Burpees, and the dreaded kettle bell swings.

What wakes you up in the morning?
Many, many alarms set at 10 minute increments.

One thing nobody knows about me:
I listen to Mozart when no one else is around.
Become a personal trainer, complete my bucket list, travel to all of the places around the world I want to visit, make a difference in at least one persons life, maybe raise some great kids!
Results from beginning training with Lori:
I've lost quite a few inches total body. I also couldn't used to do one push up, now I can do 20 in a row! I feel and see a difference in my muscle tone. I still have a long way to go, but I've come a long way and it feels good!
Celebrity you'd like to meet:
I don't really care to meet any celebrities, but I think it would be cool to meet the writers of The Office or maybe Ellen.
What scares you?
Knowing that I can make choices that will shape and change my entire life forever

What do you do for fun?
I enjoy hiking, running, traveling, eating, reading, and babysitting! Also spending time with family and friends.
