Why did you begin training with Jon at BDA?
Johnny offered to help me with my strength and conditioning to reach my goals in Jiu Jitsu. I am grateful for the opportunity.

Results since joining BDA?
I’ve gained muscle weight and become much stronger. I’ve learned how to lift the right way.

Favorite food:
Healthy: eggs (a lot of them) & all fruits
Unhealthy: Burgers

Favorite exercises:
Deadlifts, squats, bench

Least favorite exercises:
Push press, sled, pull-ups

Favorite place:
Clear water & white sand

Life Goals:
Become a Jiu Jitsu World Champion.

Nothing really, but spiders kinda suck.

What do you do for fun (outside of BDA)?
I train Jiu Jitsu a lot, but when I’m not training, I like to skateboard with my friends.
