Why did you begin training with Jon at BDA?
Johnny offered to help me with my strength and conditioning to reach my goals in Jiu Jitsu. I am grateful for the opportunity.
Results since joining BDA?
I’ve gained muscle weight and become much stronger. I’ve learned how to lift the right way.
Healthy: eggs (a lot of them) & all fruits
Deadlifts, squats, bench
Least favorite exercises:
Push press, sled, pull-ups
Clear water & white sand
Become a Jiu Jitsu World Champion.
