Why did you start Personal Training with Brandon Copeland at BDA?
I started personal training with Brandon Copeland at BDA because I was looking for something different for me and my wife to do that would assist in us living a healthier lifestyle.
Results since beginning training with Brandon at BDA?
My clothes are getting too big, I have a lot more energy and my body feels better overall. I started at 327lbs and am now at 291lbs and counting.
What are you doing to get these results?
Following the diet instruction provided to me by B. Copeland, drinking a lot of water, and attending my training 3 times a week consistently. Also doing outside activities such as stretching, running, and active leisure activities.
Continue to live an active lifestyle, use my fitness journey as motivation to others that want to change their lives, and be all that God wants me to be.
What do you do for fun (outside of Training)?
Play flag football, bowling, spending time with my family and friends, and coach youth football.
What is your favorite place?
Home - its my place of peace
My Mother - Melanie Gill - watching her as I grew up, overcome many obstacles and confront challenges head on. She has shown me that I can push my way through anything.
