GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group fitness classes center on full-body movements and compound lifting; designed to give you an optimal and efficient workout in a fun collaborative environment. Classes incorporate body-weight exercises, Olympic-style weight lifting, sprinting, rowing, climbing, and other dynamic activities. All classes are suitable for beginning, intermediate, and advanced participants.
We offer ‘Open Gym’ Hours for approved clients to train skills other facilities are not equipped or do not allow for: Olympic-style weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman Competition Training, Obstacle Race Training, Intense Metabolic Conditioning and many other opportunities are possible. Please talk to our staff to see if ‘Open Gym’ membership may be the best option for you.
We offer sport-specific training for baseball, football, basketball, martial arts / MMA, golf, tennis, track and field, and many other sports. Ask our staff about options available.

Olympic-style lifting and powerlifting are central to Black Dog Athletics philosophy. We offer Olympic-style and powerlifting programs designed to increase your strength, while improving your techniques and forms.
